SHIPMENT
After completing your purchase, our team will take care of packing and planning your shipment, the delivery of which will take place in 24 / 48h working hours, except circumstances details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To take advantage of the free return you will need to return it within 10 days from the date of shipment of your order. Items must keep all labels and be in perfect condition.
Book your return by sending an email to info@pop-bra.com, a courier will collect your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours.
Only one free return is allowed.
To make an exchange you have 10 days from the shipping date to exchange your item for free. Send an email to info@pop-bra.com to make your change. In 24/48 hours a courier will collect your item at the address of your choice and you will reprogram the model with which to make the change by email.

REIMBURSEMENT
The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
Once completed, you will receive confirmation of the return by e-mail.
The refund will be made within 15 working days
